Booking a karaoke pod can be done via email, Facebook, phone or through our online booking form.
Booking a private karaoke pod does not guarantee entry into the venue. This will be at the discretion of the doorstaff and management. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, then you will be asked for identification.
We may ask for a deposit to secure your booking, especially during busy periods. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show.
Management reserve the right to refuse entry to a pod, even if it is pre booked.
All karaoke rooms are monitored by CCTV and staff members.
We have 6 rooms which vary in capacity; our smallest room holds a maximum of 8 people, and our largest a maximum of 25. Once these limits are reached we cannot allow entry to any extra people due to health and safety.
All of our rooms are equipped with a push button for drinks service, this service should only be used to order rounds of drinks and not single drinks. The round must be paid for with one whole payment, this can be cash or card.
An online booking is not confirmed until an email or facebook message has been sent to you by our booking department.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your booking time.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes after the booking time and you have not informed us, your booking may be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you are running late please let us know as far in advance as possible.
Customers are responsible for any wilful or negligent loss or damage to the pod furniture and equipment. The costs of making good any damage will be charged to the person responsible.
