2. Customer Safety

At CosyJoes, the safety and security of our staff and customers is of great importance. We operate a minimum check 25 policy on the door and at the bar, and you should therefore ensure that you are able to prove your age with valid and current identification. This can be either a UK driving licence or a passport. CosyJoes are in conjunction with local authority guidance, whereby we operate an ID seizure policy, confiscating any false ID in order to be handed over to the police.

CosyJoes support the responsible consumption of alcohol and reserve the right to refuse to serve customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated. Tap water is free and can be acquired at the bars. We operate a zero tolerance drug policy and therefore anyone suspected of, or found using illegal substances, will be removed from the premises immediately.

All intellectual property rights concerning this website's design, text, graphics and other materials are owned by cosyjoes.co.uk, our licensors or are in the public domain. cosyjoes.co.uk is a registered trademark of Partypods Ltd. and may not be used for any reason without permission.

• CCTV is in operation within the venue for everyone’s personal safety, Any thieves caught on the premises will be removed and will be passed onto the police.
• CosyJoes directly employ registered SIA doorstaff and they will use their training and judgement to deal with any drunk, disorderly or aggressive behaviour.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
